If you are unable to boot your windows operative system, because you get a BSOD reporting and error loading one of the following :
%SystemRoot%\System32\Config\software
%SystemRoot%\System32\Config\system
%SystemRoot%\System32\Config\sam
%SystemRoot%\System32\Config\security
%SystemRoot%\System32\Config\dafault

You need to do this :

Try to boot with a Windows CD and go to the Recovery Console. If you don’t have a Windows CD you are able to load your hard drive as an external disk of another PC.

Replace the damage file with a copy from %SystemRoot%\repair

Have fun
